  Through the years our agency has grown to serve over 2,500 policies including health insurance, errors & omissions, workers compensation, general liability and other related coverage.

  In 1988 I began to work with the Realtors® in my area for their health insurance and financial planning needs.

  In 1990 I had the fortunate opportunity to become the insurance broker for the Southern Alameda County Association of Realtors®, SACARC®, (currently the Bay East Association of Realtors®) insurance programs.

  In 1992 there was a void in the real estate errors & omissions insurance marketplace. SACARC® asked me to look into finding errors & omissions insurance for their Members. As a result, I began offering errors & omissions insurance to real estate and related industries in 1992.

  We currently place the e & o insurance for over 1,500 offices performing real estate and related services and have broker relationships with over 15 insurance programs offering such insurance.

  I encourage our clients to call me directly to discuss any potential claims they may have. This has resulted in hundreds of these conversations, which has been an exceptional experience. I have developed excellent relationships with attorneys who work in the real estate and related industries as well as with carriers, underwriters and claims departments. I am available to present information about errors and omissions insurance at office meetings.
