How to Submit Your Invoice When Authorized to Use an Out-of-Network Contractor

Follow These Simple Steps

To help expedite this process, please ensure that the contractor invoice details the work performed and itemizes associated costs.
  1. Complete the AOC Invoice Submission form.
  2. Upload your invoice. Accepted file types include PDF, Microsoft Word, JPG, PNG, or other standard image formats.
  3. Click Submit.
