About Your Request for Reimbursement

  • You will be reimbursed for covered services under the terms and conditions of the Freedom Home Warranty plan.
  • We are currently reviewing and processing existing reimbursement requests for priority payment. Please do not submit your requests a second time.
  • Ensure you include invoice(s) and/or proof of payment. PDF copies are preferred, however, you may also upload images taken with your phone.
