I had the good fortune of having a service technician take care of a plumbing leak under my kitchen sink. He did everything right! I received a call to set up the appointment first thing in the morning and was given a window of time that he fulfilled. He called in advance to let me know his actual time of arrival and was pleasant, proficient, and professional! This service technician is one of the reasons why I renew year after year. Thanks, ORHP!
