I called several times this morning asking questions about my warranty, which items were covered and which were not, out of pocket costs, etc., since my A/C went out last night. Your reps were so patient with me, answered all my questions, and showed no signs of annoyance or rudeness at all. They were all very helpful and got a service call set up for me. I just want to compliment your service reps for being human, very professional, and friendly.
