Common examples of routine maintenance include changing your air conditioning filters seasonally or to manufacturer specifications, cleaning the bottom of your dishwasher to prevent clogging, washing under and behind your refrigerator, and more. It’s best to err on the side of caution, so clean systems and appliances regularly.
